One of the most astonishing places I have been to is Australia. That was way before it became the fashionable destination it is today. Yes, it’s different and beautiful but is it worth the effort? Let me tell you, as a destination, Australia is nothing short of mind-blowing. What a lot of people do not know is that Australia is also a lot of other things.
To start, it’s one of the safest destinations around, which is a pleasure once you get beyond the usual North America-Europe tourist haunts. Australia also boasts some singular attractions, both man-made and natural. Take the Sydney Opera House for example.
Swim in the Great Barrier Reef and climb to the top of Uluru. This is all while you experience Australia’s perplexing wildlife. Then there is the food. Australia has great local and global cuisine to offer. It’s also a great opportunity to enjoy the company of others at a barbeque or enjoy the wine country.
Australia is seven different regions to travel. A surfer’s paradise, natural wonderland, foodie delight and cultural treasure all rolled up in one.
Each one offers a totally different travel experience and can really be organized into a multi-destination itinerary per your individual needs and interests.
